Riyadh – Mubasher: The Capital Market Authority (CMA) has approved the public offering of the Rassanah Morabaha Fund by Rasana Capital, according to a bourse filing.

It is worth noting that Rasana Capital is a Riyadh-based investment management firm.

Last April, the CMA licensed Rasana Capital to carry out managing investments and operating funds, as well as advising activities. The approval was granted after the investment management firm fulfilled all required procedures.
